As the Rebbe set out the new organization’s goals, N’shei was created to support women in their service of Hashem, both internally and in order to reach out to others.

“In this generation, and as part of [the Jewish women’s] reward, the husband will follow the wives. If you want to accomplish anything with the men, accomplish first with the ladies.”
